History of MCA

Let's learn about the origin and history of Motor Club of America. Motor Club of America was founded by Mr. William W. Green who was born in 1900 in Atlantic City, NJ. In 1926, Mr. Green became the Chief Executive Officer of Motor Club of America (and its former subsidiary Motor Club of America Insurance Company), from 1926 all the way through 1986. During his tenure with Motor Club of America, Mr. Green along with his brothers in his family continued to grow Motor Club of America in "major insurer and auto-service agency" within the United States. A person by the name of Mr. Virgil Coffee, a Texas native, began his career in the Motor Clubs as well as marketing in the 1960's. Virgil Coffee was the marketing arm for Pre-Paid Legal and wrote the marketing plan that propelled them into success. Virigl Coffee, who co-owned a successful sporting goods company that had five retail stores in Texas. Virgil eventually sold his share of the company and moved to Oklahoma and began selling memberships for another motor club company unrelated to Motor Club of America. During his seventeen year tenure with the company, Virgil worked his way up to the presidency of that company, but eventually in 1987, Virgil Coffee started his own company, TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. The company continued to grow over the next 25+ years. TVC stands for Truckers Voice in Court, which did just what the name implies, provided court representation for truckers in motor related incidents. In the 1970's, Mr. David K. Kircher became PRESIDENT of Motor Club of America and continues to hold the title of president currently. In 1989, TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. owner Virgil Coffee (father of Oklahoma senator Glenn Coffee and a very famous name associated with another product) began his joint ownership of Motor Club of America. David Kircher became MIS Director and Chief Operations Officer for TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. in 1996. TVC, which is the parent company of MCA. TVC is whom a member would contact in regards to their account or requesting services to be provided. Virgil Coffee also worked for Pre-Paid Legal Services (currently known as Legal Shield) through his company TVC Marketing. Through his tenure (seven years), his marketing techniques created a 4 digit percentage gain in earnings for his company. HIs years of experience with marketing and providing products for automotive customers led him to the continue the legacy of Motor Club of America. The motor club services have been available for decades, but eventually for the trucker, became packaged into the Pro-Driver Packages with the focus being on the truckers primarily; over time, the additional focus was developed for the common motorist. This continued to grow to providing services not just related to the typical roadside assistance, but more benefits including emergency care, travel assistance, hotel discounts, emergency room cost assistance, credit card protection, legal services, and more. In February 2005, the primary website for TVC was established to acknowledge their web presence at TVCMatrix.com and begin offering their services in the online area. In October 2011, the specific set of packages was developed in three levels, deemed the Total Security Memberships. These memberships, available in 3 levels (MCA Security, MCA Security Plus, and the flagship membership, Total Security) had an increasing number of benefits available for all residents of the United States and Canada, providing services as well as an affiliate referral program which gave associates of the company a chance to earn a referral bonus for bringing business to the company. in September 2012, the company introduced two new benefits plans, Total Security Gold and Total Security Platinum which provided even more benefits in addition to those on the Total Security Plan such as legal services discounts, auto related service discounts at over 6,000 auto repair and service centers nationwide ranging from 10% to 50%, and MCA Matrix Income. These two plans ALSO including the ability to earn residual income for referring others to a similar Gold or Platinum Plan. The company would pay back parts of the profits of the company to each of those members who referred people in on a monthly residual basis additionally allowing them to earn income for referrals as well as long-term member retention. To conclude the origin and summary of the organization, Motor Club of America and TVC Marketing is a truly a cooperative joint venture between MCA and TVC. David Kircher is the president of the Motor Club of America division of the organization and Virgil Coffee is the president and owner of TVC Marketing Associates, Inc. division; together form one larger organizations providing benefits for all as the "Motor Club of America".

This section of the training is the "MEAT and POTATOES" of the entire system. Here is where you will learn how to "market"our opportunity online and offline, exposing your website to the masses and make money with our system.

Achieve Greater Success with an Ownership Mindset

Most people want advanced opportunities in life, but they get stuck among the masses of people with "employee mindset" and can’t see how to achieve more. But to have opportunity, growth, and abundance you must always think and act as if you are the owner of your company as you are with this opportunity. 

Do you have to be the actual legal owner in your business, with your name on the front door? Absolutely not. Even if you are just an associate, an owner’s mindset can take you further in your career. You can be the owner of the business in your own mind. 

Your mind is the most powerful tool you will ever possess. It can create as much success and prosperity or as much failure and poverty as you can imagine. And the situation your mind creates is completely your choice. If you decide to, you can completely transform your mindset from one of employee to one of ownership. With an owner’s mindset, the level of success you can achieve is limitless. 

The Employee Mentality vs. the Ownership Mentality 

Employees typically take assignments and complete them without a thought as to how their personal efforts impact the success of the business. Employees also concentrate on the status quo in the workplace. They don’t rock the boat, and they exert just enough effort and energy to get by. 

Owners, on the other hand, enthusiastically give the extra effort and choose to do things to attract more business, clients, and profits. Owners see the big picture and know the work they do is making a meaningful contribution to the company’s advancement. Owners also concentrate on developing new, positive solutions to current operation. They think outside the box; they take risks and become problem-solvers. 

When you develop an ownership mindset, you will see significant changes in your business and work habits. You’ll have more pride in what you do, because the success of your company reflects on you personally. You won’t waste the company’s resources, and when the company profits you will profit also. And because you want only the best for your business and yourself, making decisions is a breeze. An owner mindset also boosts your and your downlines morale. You’ll feel freer and happier because as an owner, there are no “have-tos,” only “choose-tos.” 

You’ll be in big demand. If you think and act like an owner, you can never really be fired. 

If you are happy, content and choose to stay in your current position, an employee mentality is just fine. But if you are serious about rising to the top of your profession and achieving amazing success, you must shift to an owner mindset. 

How to Develop an Ownership Mindset 

Creating an ownership mindset is up to you. The process will be as easy or as difficult as you choose to make it. The more time you dedicate to realizing a new vision for yourself, the more rapidly it will manifest results in your life. If you want to develop an ownership mindset, use the following three techniques: 

1. Visualization 

To develop your ownership mindset, you must start visualizing yourself as an owner. Your subconscious does not know true from false. Therefore, it will accept what you tell it and react to how you act. 

In your mind, change the sign on company website to read your name, i.e. “MakeBigCashWith*YOURNAME*.com.” If can you see your name on the website in your mind’s eye, you will begin to really feel that the company is yours. Every morning, when you approach that site, see your name on it. Stop and look at it for a little while. Quickly, you’ll notice your mindset beginning to change! 

2. Think 

On your job, you may become used to solving problems and addressing challenges without really thinking twice about what you’re doing. But taking a moment to think things through can actually open new doors for success. 

Every day as you encounter challenges, a.k.a. opportunities, ask yourself, “What would an owner do in this situation?” Usually, the answer to what an owner would do is obvious. When you have the answer you will know the right thing to do. But don’t fall prey to the course of least resistance. If the owner’s answer requires extra effort, work, and sacrifice, then do it. Remember, if you know the right way to do something in life and you don’t do it, you have only yourself to blame for lost ground. 

3. Actualize 

This step requires you to take action to change from an employee to an ownership mindset (Note that the first part of the word “actualize” is the word “act”). Owners approach work differently than employees. And if you want an ownership mindset, you need to act like an owner. 

Keep a big smile on your face. Many employees are negative. Your smile and positive attitude will make you stand out. 

Do more work. Post more ads. Take 1 more call. Many people never volunteer for more work than they already have. When you have spare time, ask others in your downline how you can help them. 

Owners get up early, work late, have a positive can-do attitude, and constantly search for things that need to be done. Start using these techniques today and you’ll see changes happen very quickly. 

Ownership is All in Your Mind 

You have the choice to stand with an employee mindset or rise to a higher level with an owner’s mindset. This change alone can bring unlimited opportunities and increased personal satisfaction. And while there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being an employee, when you have an owner’s mindset, your success is limitless. So if you want to achieve greater success, make the decision today, right now, to think and act like an owner and you will most assuredly rise to the top.

Stay focused. 

Even your sponsor may be all over the place. Flying into one opportunity after another, back and forth always looking for the pot of gold over the rainbow. Never staying in one place long enough to gain success. Most people in networking do this, they keep jumping from company to company hoping to hit it big somewhere. Of course they never do. They just spend hundreds, even thousands starting a business and never follow through! Stay focused! The grass is always greener somewhere else, especially in the beginning! 

After years of networking and our months and months of research we have determined that the "grass is greener" right here! Stick around for awhile and you will see why. Make a pledge to yourself that you have found a home! That this is the last network you'll ever build!

Make a commitment to invest in YOUR Business. 

Invest your Time. Invest your Energy. Invest your Money and Resources! And Continue To Do So! Understand this is just like any other business you would start. You can do it through word of mouth or advertising, offline or online marketing. We suggest that you do it all.

Whatever your situation, you can do this! Find a way! There is always a way! Some people are BROKE when they start but they find a way to borrow the funds to do what we needed to do. Let's face it if you are an adult (and I assume you are) and you don't have the money to grow your business, you need some major changes in your life. Because what you have been doing has left you in a position that you don't have a couple of dollars to launch YOUR business. STOP what you are doing! It is not working! 

Anything you have ever really wanted in your life, if you really wanted it and worked to get it, I'll bet you got it! You CAN find a way to make this happen!

The Heavy chains of worry are heaviest in idle moments . . . get busy! 

For things to get better you need to get better. For things to change you need to change. 

Emulate a leader: Think of someone successful, ask yourself, "What would he do, well why don't I just do that?" And then just do it!
